In 2024, NeuPath Health implemented Bravo Employee Engagement within HR to operationalize peer recognition, gamified activities and Microsoft Teams integration across its Canadian clinic network. The Bravo Employee Engagement application was positioned to support social recognition workflows and milestone tracking as part of the organization level Employee Engagement strategy for clinic staff and HR administrators.
Configuration centered on social recognition and milestones modules, with gamified activity flows to encourage recurring nominations and milestone acknowledgments. Microsoft Teams integration was implemented to enable seamless participation and notifications inside clinicians and staff collaboration channels, and standard Employee Engagement workflows such as peer nominations, milestone badges and activity-driven recognition were used to drive adoption.
Rollout was led by HR across the Canadian clinic network, shifting recognition processes toward peer based, real time acknowledgement and cross clinic collaboration. Reported outcomes include stronger team collaboration, higher morale and seamless participation via Teams, with module usage for social recognition, milestones and Teams integration evident in the deployment.
