Microsoft Teams integration was implemented to enable seamless participation and notifications inside clinicians and staff collaboration channels, and standard Employee Engagement workflows such as peer nominations, milestone badges and activity-driven recognition were used to drive adoption.
Rollout was led by HR across the Canadian clinic network, shifting recognition processes toward peer based, real time acknowledgement and cross clinic collaboration.
