The Legal Practice Management deployment supported core legal operations including matter intake, billing review and aggregated spend reporting.
Governance was adjusted to standardize invoice review processes and consolidate reporting ownership, which improved transparency and strengthened the working relationship with finance. NextRoll used Onit SimpleLegal to streamline legal operations, increase visibility into legal spend and provide centralized reporting as the authoritative record for legal financials.
