Governance and process adjustments centered on integrating forward looking market intelligence into regular forecasting and commercial planning cycles, moving teams beyond historical only forecasting toward data informed interventions at the property and regional levels. NH Hotel Group described TravelClick’s data as essential for enabling fact based decisions and for defining the actions hotels should take to optimize share by segment and channel.
