The deployment is framed as an application of TravelClick Business Intelligence that provides NH Hotel Group with market level demand signals and booking trend visibility for hotels and corporate commercial teams.
TravelClick Business Intelligence delivered Demand360 functionality including forward looking demand data, reservation metrics, and competitive share by segment and channel, combined with benchmarking and booking trend analytics for local markets. The implementation emphasized segment and channel analytics to inform pricing and distribution strategies, and provided centralized dashboards and reporting suited to both hotel level managers and the central commercial organization.
Operational coverage included individual hotels and the corporate commercial and revenue management functions across NH Hotel Group’s network of nearly 400 hotels in 30 markets, enabling hotel level and portfolio level visibility into booking trends. The solution was positioned to give hotels line of sight on local market dynamics and to allow coordinated actions across channels and segments without naming specific system integrations.
