| UKG | Legacy | UKG Rapid Hire | Recruiting | HCM | n/a | 2026 | 2026 | In 2026, NHS Management deployed UKG Rapid Hire as its Recruiting solution to accelerate high volume frontline hiring across its long term care operations. NHS Management supports skilled nursing and rehab facilities across Alabama, Arkansas, and Florida, operating with approximately 7,400 employees and hundreds of open positions distributed across multiple sites, which created a demand for a scalable, mobile first recruiting workflow. UKG Rapid Hire was configured to provide AI powered candidate sourcing, an AI driven chatbot for candidate engagement, automated interview scheduling, and customizable screening questions that target credentials for wound care nurses, charge nurses, and minimum data set nurses. The implementation emphasized a fully digital automated workflow on the UKG Workforce Operating Platform, prioritizing mobile applicant experiences and screening logic tuned to clinical role requirements and frontline hiring volume. The deployment integrated with NHS Managements existing UKG systems to enable end to end data flow from recruiting through onboarding to payroll, preserving candidate and new hire records across HR and pay processes. NHS piloted UKG Rapid Hire in January 2022 and expanded it to all facilities by April 2022, moving from manual job postings and paper applications to a centralized, automated hiring pipeline that reduced administrative bottlenecks for hiring managers and recruiters. Governance and process changes included shifting recruiters from administrative processing to candidate engagement and hiring manager enablement, and refining screening workflows to improve candidate quality. Outcomes reported by NHS include reducing time to hire from 15 days to 5 days, cutting time to interview from 3.5 days to five minutes, tripling apply to hire conversion rates from 7 percent to 20 percent, achieving candidate experience ratings above 90 percent, and generating 2.2 million dollars in new annual revenue by filling staffing gaps and reopening previously closed facility wings. |
