The Serrala FinanceSuite Accounts Payable deployment focused on core AP Automation capabilities, including automated invoice capture and validation, workflow driven approvals, three way matching and payment orchestration to standardize invoice processing. The implementation workstreams included configuration for automated posting into the general ledger and design activities to enhance overall accounts payable efficiency, with ongoing design work referenced through the DOLPHIN program. Integrations were coordinated with SAP R3 ERP for transactional posting and ledger reconciliation, and the finance program ran in parallel with LOCKBOX design to accelerate accounts receivable collections. The rollout also coordinated with CONCUR to streamline travel and expense submission workflows, and with DELEGO for credit card not present transaction processing, while preparation for Global Shared Services outsourcing covered offshore staffing and knowledge transfer. Governance activities emphasized training, testing and operational transition, including initial preparation of activities to be transitioned offshore and training of offshore staff.
