The deployment focused on surfacing interactive dashboards inside the Hawkeye user experience rather than requiring customers to access a separate BI portal. Functional workstreams centered on embedding interactive reports and role-specific dashboards for process and workflow analytics and decoupling visualization from Nintex core engineering. The separation of the visualization layer allowed Nintex product and analytics teams to iterate on dashboards independently, accelerating dashboard delivery and avoiding the need to develop custom visuals in-house. Microsoft Azure Power BI Embedded provided the runtime and embedding functionality to host and render reports within the Hawkeye application. Integration scope was limited to the Hawkeye product and delivered analytics embedded directly into customer-facing workflows across Nintex customers in the United States and globally. Governance and release processes were adjusted to separate dashboard release cycles from core product releases, enabling centralized management of report assets and faster iteration of visualizations without changing core application code.
