LABTrack Legacy LABTrack LIMS Laboratory Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2007 2008
In 2007, Nitto Avecia Pharma implemented LABTrack LIMS as its Laboratory Management platform. LABTrack delivered a customized LABTrack LIMS together with its Stability Study Management System SSMS and Project Management Dashboard PMD to support Avecia's GLP analytical, QC and stability workflows in the United States. The deployment focused on core Laboratory Management capabilities including stability study orchestration via SSMS, project level visibility through PMD, sample lifecycle tracking, audit trail capture and consolidated analytical data management. LABTrack LIMS was configured to centralize sample records, instrument results and protocol metadata to improve end to end traceability from sample intake to report. Architecturally the solution was delivered as a tailored LABTrack LIMS instance with a consolidated data repository and dashboard driven reporting, intended to interface with accounting, ERP and ELN systems for cross functional data flows. Operational scope explicitly covered GLP analytical laboratories, QC operations and stability testing sites within the United States, providing organization wide project visibility. Governance changes emphasized standardized workflows and project level monitoring to accelerate response to workflow bottlenecks, and to strengthen sample to report traceability. According to vendor and customer commentary the implementation improved data consolidation and delivered greater operational efficiency.
