In 2016, noon implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial backbone for a start up eCommerce operational readiness program. The engagement was delivered in an advisory consulting capacity to support launch readiness, with scope spanning Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
The review focused on Oracle Cloud ERP functional modules, specifically Oracle Fusion Procurement, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and the end to end procure to pay and order to cash cycles. Workstreams assessed approvals matrix configuration for purchasing and procurement, workflow orchestration to align with business rules, and validation of Finance business processes against documented standard operating procedures to prepare for user acceptance testing.
Operational coverage included end to end supply chain mapping for cross border and reverse logistics, and the consultant liaised with business users and project teams to ensure requirements were captured, tracked and understood. Requirement capture emphasized ensuring system configuration supported transactional flows through Procurement, AR and AP and closed process gaps across P2P and O2C.
Governance work included amending SOPs where necessary to align processes with system configuration, recommending best practice financial controls and approval workflows, and formalizing process ownership and sign off for launch readiness. Oracle Cloud ERP was restated in process documentation as the transaction system of record to clarify system to process relationships and to support UAT readiness.

In 2018, Noon implemented Greenhouse ATS. Greenhouse ATS is deployed on Noon’s public website and serves as Noon’s Applicant Tracking System for corporate recruiting operations.
The implementation configures core applicant tracking capabilities typical of an Applicant Tracking System, including job posting and requisition management, candidate pipelines and stage tracking, interview scheduling and scorecards, and offer workflow coordination. Greenhouse ATS was configured to support structured hiring stages and role-based access for recruiters and hiring managers.
The deployment is integrated with Noon’s careers presence on their website, using embedded application forms and a candidate portal to capture and manage applicants directly from job listings. Operational coverage centers on Noon’s HR and Talent Acquisition teams, supporting company hiring workflows and recruiter collaboration across functions.
Governance focused on standardizing interview workflows, enforcing consistent scorecard usage, and centralizing candidate data for hiring decision workflows and reporting. The configuration emphasizes recruiter and hiring manager collaboration features and ATS-native reporting to support hiring governance and operational hiring processes.
