| UKG | Legacy | UKG Workforce Central Payroll (ex Kronos Workforce Payroll) | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013 Northpointe Bank implemented UKG Workforce Central Payroll (ex Kronos Workforce Payroll) to centralize Payroll operations and timekeeping across HR and Payroll departments. The deployment targeted the Payroll category and was positioned to manage hourly union and non‑union workforce processes alongside payroll file generation and payroll interface reconciliation.
The implementation included configuration of the Workforce Time and Attendance module, Kronos Timekeeper, HR/Payroll 6.1 components, advanced Scheduler with Optimization, and mobile application testing. Technical build work encompassed installing Kronos Workforce Central versions 6.0 through 6.3, Kronos Connect, DCM and Process Manager, and configuring pay rules, work rules, paycode profiles, wage profiles, FAPs, schedules, labor levels and labor level sets. Physical time capture was provisioned through Kronos 4500 Biometric and InTouch clocks with device management via WDM and DCM.
Architecture and integrations were implemented on client server platforms with SQL databases and multiple Windows and legacy OS support as required by the Kronos stack. Kronos Connect and Integration Manager handled outbound payroll file flows and interfaces to ERP systems, while reporting extraction was supported through Cognos and MicroStrategy connections. Operational monitoring included Kronos Transaction Assistant for import errors and use of a Remedy ticketing workflow for incident management and prioritization.
Governance and rollout incorporated QA and regression testing, user acceptance testing, manager training programs for scheduling and attendance workflows, and Joint Application Development sessions to capture requirements. Project documentation practices produced BRDs, FRDs and a Requirements Traceability Matrix and maintained Integration Manager lookup tables after new rule additions. The implementation team applied service packs, managed ongoing configuration for accruals and attendance rules, and documented that the Kronos project finished on schedule and exceeded expectations.

| Fiserv | Legacy | Fiserv Premier Bank Platform | Core Banking | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2006 | 2006 |
In 2006, Northpointe Bank implemented Fiserv Premier Bank Platform as its Core Banking solution. The Fiserv Premier Bank Platform was deployed to support Northpointe's retail lending and HELOC product processing across its corporate headquarters and operations center in Grand Rapids, MI, and its network of 62 retail lending loan production offices.
The implementation focused on core deposit and loan accounting, payment processing, interest and fee posting, customer account management, and product-specific servicing capability for interest-only HELOCs. Northpointe’s management characterized the deployed environment as scalable with real-time processing and user-friendly navigation, and Fiserv Premier Bank Platform was used specifically for interest-only HELOC processing while Sagent LoanServ Temp remained the primary servicing system of record for real estate mortgage products and traditional HELOCs.
Operational integrations centered on servicing and investor workflows, with the Fiserv Premier Bank Platform interfacing into borrower-facing channels such as the interactive voice response system and investor and borrower websites that Northpointe enhanced for improved reporting. The platform supported agency and investor reporting interfaces consistent with Northpointe’s seller/servicer relationships and national servicing footprint, which included top-state concentrations and a servicing portfolio reported at approximately 79,200 loans with $20.3 billion unpaid principal balance as of December 31, 2021.
Governance and process coverage aligned with agency and investor guidelines, default management functions performed onshore, and customer complaint intake routed to the compliance department using an automated third-party tracking system. Northpointe’s deployment of Fiserv Premier Bank Platform was positioned to operate alongside existing servicing infrastructure, enabling coordinated workflows across servicing, operations, and compliance functions without changes to disclosed implementation partners.
