Configuration focused on pipeline reporting, lending performance dashboards, and approved to booked tracking to support underwriting and lending operations. Data ingestion processes consolidated core account records and LOS data into the Lodestar data warehouse, feeding the Loan Center CRM and BI dashboards in near real time. Operational scope was centered on Oregon based finance and lending departments at Northwest Community Credit Union, enabling daily pipeline monitoring and operational reporting. Governance established centralized reporting ownership and standardized CRM workflows to operationalize loan pipeline management and approvals. According to Lodestar, the work helped nearly double the approved to booked ratio and increased loan growth from 3.7% to 13.55%, outcomes attributed to the Lodestar Edge Analytics and BI implementation.
