In 2016, Nortura implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 under the Nortura NOVA program, replacing Microsoft Dynamics AX with a focused ERP Financial deployment. The program was executed with itelligence as the system integrator and included explicit A2A and B2B integration requirements that drove the project architecture.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was implemented to deliver core ERP Financial capabilities, with configuration centered on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling and Asset Accounting, alongside invoice and payment processing integrations into procurement workflows. The deployment emphasized standardized financial master data, chart of accounts alignment and transactional controls consistent with an ERP Financial implementation.
Integration workstream responsibilities included A2A and B2B interfaces connecting SAP PLM, SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and Hybris PCM, plus multiple third party systems. The integration architecture used an integration middleware and EDI style supplier connectivity to synchronize product data from Hybris PCM and engineering and Bill of Materials information from SAP PLM into ECC, enabling automated downstream financial postings and procurement settlements.
Governance for the Nortura NOVA project established centralized master data governance and change control around finance and product data to manage the multi system interface landscape. Operational coverage focused on finance, procurement and supply chain functions across Nortura in Norway, with phased rollout sequencing to control interface activation and reconcile cross system transactions.

In 2007, 4human delivered Norway's first sick leave follow up module to Gilde and Prior, organizations now part of Nortura, using 4human Vacation and Absence. The implementation introduced the 4human Vacation and Absence application in the Vacation and Absence category across Nortura's Norwegian operations, establishing 4human's capabilities in sickness absence handling for the consumer packaged goods company.
The deployment focused on sickness absence workflows, digital sick note handling, and structured follow up plan processes, implemented as functional modules within 4human Vacation and Absence. Configuration work included automated case tracking, follow up plan templates, and absence recording tied to time and absence workflows to support HR and line management processes.
The solution was tightly integrated with payroll and time and absence systems to automate reporting to NAV, enabling data flows between absence records and statutory reporting streams. Governance concentrated on standardized follow up plan processes and HR operationalization across sites in Norway, and the initial 2007 rollout anchored 4human's capability footprint in sickness absence management for Nortura.
