ECIT Solutions Legacy Rubic Association Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2024 2024
In 2022, Norway Cup implemented Rubic to manage volunteer recruitment, scheduling and communications for its large annual youth football tournament in Oslo, Norway. Rubic was deployed as an Association Management application to centralize volunteer operations and event staffing workflows for the tournament organizing team. The deployment used Rubic's volunteer Funksjonær module alongside the Rubic Connect app to coordinate shifts, accreditation and communications. Configuration focused on shift rostering, role based accreditation workflows, scheduled notifications and self service volunteer sign up, aligning with common Association Management capabilities for volunteer orchestration. Operational coverage included volunteer recruitment, scheduling, accreditation checkpoints and event day communications across tournament sites, supporting event operations and HR like volunteer management functions within Norway Cup. The Rubic Connect app provided real time coordination of shifts and communications, centralizing scheduling and contact points for volunteers. The collaboration with Rubic began in February 2022 and went live later that year, with governance processes adapted to route volunteer queries through the Rubic platform and to manage accreditation issuance and shift coverage centrally. Outcomes explicitly reported include reduced volunteer queries and improved shift coverage during the tournament, indicating more automated volunteer orchestration through Rubic.
