In 2019, Nukleus implemented Digicuro to manage coworking operations across multiple locations in the Delhi NCR region. Nukleus uses Digicuro as its Real Estate Property Management application to centralize member services, meeting room bookings, billing and IoT room controls for the companys coworking business function. The implementation scope is focused on operations and finance teams across Nukleus sites in India, consolidating day to day administration for coworking spaces.
Functional configuration includes the Digicuro member mobile app and Digicuro IoT room automation modules, supporting member access, workspace and meeting room booking workflows, and automated room controls mapped to booking schedules, as evidenced by the Nukleus branded mobile app and Digicuro product listings. Billing and invoicing capabilities were configured to streamline recurring charges and reduce manual administration across locations. Governance emphasized standardized operational workflows and centralized billing processes during rollout, with reported outcomes of reduced manual administration and streamlined invoicing.
