The rollout scope was international and focused on HR and People & Transformation functions, enabling regional compensation administrators and central HR teams to execute planning and approvals within the unified Workday environment.
Governance and program management were led by the Senior Project Lead People & Transformation Digitalization, who steered HCM vendor selection and negotiation, and conducted a cloud readiness assessment prior to configuration.
