In 2025, Olympia School District launched Skyward Qmlativ ERP as its districtwide administrative platform. The July 2025 announcement documented a transition from Skyward SMS 2.0 to Skyward Qmlativ and positioned the deployment to cover student information, payroll, finance and human resources.
The Skyward Qmlativ ERP implementation centralizes the student information system alongside financial and HR modules, consolidating student records, payroll processing, general ledger and personnel data into a common data model. Implemented functional capabilities include student information workflows, payroll operations, finance ledgers and human resources management, together with enhanced Family and Student access portals, in line with typical Education ERP capabilities.
