Trading support processes were formalized to include booking of forwards, equities, swaps, bonds, futures and spot, and portfolio managers received targeted reports and hands-on assistance to adopt new trading techniques and data extracts.
Operational outputs included internal valuation and risk metric reports such as yield at cost, yield at market, modified duration and value at risk used by portfolio managers and external traders, and implementation of a Credit Default Swap Index Option workflow with pricing analysis on net present value and Greeks.
