In 2020, OnBlick implemented SignEasy eSignature API to automate HR workflows tied to immigration document processing. OnBlick positioned SignEasy eSignature API as its Digital Signing backbone for HR compliance, signature collection, and document archival within its platform.
The deployment relied on SignEasy's REST API to embed native signing flows into OnBlick's existing web and mobile interfaces, enabling in-app signature requests, activity tracking, and archived document storage. Functional capabilities implemented include eSignature capture, user activity and archive views, custom branding, per user billing configuration, and webhook driven automated workflow triggers.
Integrations were limited to the embedded API model, leveraging OAuth and sandboxing so OnBlick clients could authorize and operate SignEasy functionality through OnBlick's platform. Real time webhooks deliver signature status updates to OnBlick's dashboard and immediately execute automated workflow triggers, simplifying orchestration between signature events and downstream HR processes.
Rollout and governance focused on rapid integration and client onboarding, with the integration completed in a couple of weeks and supported by SignEasy onboarding and technical support. Pricing and operational control were managed via SignEasy’s transparent pay as you go pricing, zero setup fees, and per user billing, and the implementation is credited with streamlining operations and slashing turnaround times for routine signature driven tasks.
