The Salesforce system owner collected requirements with a BIIT consultant and led the technical integration work, then trained sales, finance and customer success teams on cross-system workflows. Confluence documentation was used to capture configuration settings, process flows and training materials.
Operational governance included appointing a Salesforce system owner who led onboarding, renewal planning and the net revenue retention process design, aligning Procountour finance workflows with customer success renewal actions. The Salesforce implementation was launched in January 2023 after project management activity began in October 2022, reflecting phased rollout sequencing between CRM and ERP Financial systems. This approach centralized contract-to-cash touchpoints across sales, finance and customer success teams in Helsinki.
