The deployment provided employee facing capabilities through mobile self service and learning portals, aligning day to day time and attendance capture with compensation and succession planning records. Governance and process restructuring centralized HR procedures, introduced role based access and standardised approval workflows to reduce manual touchpoints in HR administration. The rollout established a fully digital HR ecosystem through staged adoption of Core HR first, followed by talent and payroll modules, enabling consistent data models for employee records and performance history. The case study reports measurable improvements in automation and employee touchpoints and an improved employee experience as outcomes of the MiHCM Enterprise implementation. MiHCM Enterprise Employee Engagement served as the central application for linking workforce administration, talent processes and employee facing services under the Employee Engagement category.
