The implementation configured core modules for HR administration and payroll alongside performance management and learning modules, enabling continuous performance cycles and structured learning workflows. Module level use of Employee Engagement features is inferred from the presence of Performance Management, mobile self service and Learning modules, which together support engagement workflows such as feedback collection, learning assignments and performance driven development plans.
Operational coverage focused on HR, talent management and payroll functions across the Maldives region and extended to the employee population of Ooredoo Maldives. The deployment provided employee facing capabilities through mobile self service and learning portals, aligning day to day time and attendance capture with compensation and succession planning records.
Governance and process restructuring centralized HR procedures, introduced role based access and standardised approval workflows to reduce manual touchpoints in HR administration. The rollout established a fully digital HR ecosystem through staged adoption of Core HR first, followed by talent and payroll modules, enabling consistent data models for employee records and performance history.
