In 2020, Open Mortgage implemented OptifiNow Business Intelligence, an Analytics and BI application, to unify sales, reverse and retail channels and to eliminate duplicate systems across distributed loan officers in the United States. The deployment focused on sales and origination operations and centralized management reporting for retail and reverse loan teams.
OptifiNow Business Intelligence was configured to deliver consolidated reporting, one click actions, and integrated LOS synchronization. Functional capabilities implemented included consolidated dashboards for sales and reverse loan origination, automated synchronization of loan records from the LOS, and workflow triggered actions to reduce manual reconciliation and duplicate data entry. The configuration emphasized real time visibility into pipeline and origination status to support operational decision making.
The implementation included an API connection to their LOS ReverseVision to synchronize loan status and transactional data, enabling consolidated reporting across retail and reverse channels. Operational scope covered distributed loan officers in the U.S., with management using the unified reporting to better identify leverage points and improve ROI. Governance was adjusted to centralize reporting ownership and standardize synchronization workflows to preserve data consistency across channels.
