4human Legacy 4human HSE Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) HCM n/a 2024 2024
In 2024 Optimera implemented 4human HSE to digitalize incident handling, risk assessments and HSE checklists across its Norwegian operations. The deployment used 4human HSE within the HSE/HMS domain to centralize incident reporting and standardize HSE processes for retail operations. The project configured core HSE/HMS modules for incident management, structured risk assessments and configurable HSE checklists, aligning digital forms with existing safety procedures and HR-related case handling. 4human HSE was applied to automate incident lifecycles from initial report through investigation and closure, and to enforce standardized assessment templates for operational consistency. Operational coverage focused on Optimera Norway and targeted HSE and HR functions, with the solution tied into HR workflows for assignment, follow-up and recordkeeping of personnel-related safety cases. The implementation emphasized front-line usability and standardized data capture to drive consistent safety governance across sites. Governance changes included defining incident ownership roles and formalizing triage and follow-up workflows to support process accountability. The rollout reduced incident processing time and increased employee awareness as reported in the customer story.
