The team collaborated with the UPK team to create user training and supported functional testing and validation of development deliveries. Governance centered on a JDE Job Cost Solutions Architect who owned and governed the overall Job Cost solution, reviewed and approved functional and technical specifications and directed debugging and data flow investigations. The role managed projects to ensure design, delivery and support met Otis business requirements, proactively identified issue trends and coordinated resolutions. Responsibilities also included leading functional evaluations for improvements or upgrades and coordinating acceptance testing across business sites.

The program also centralized trackers and processes to manage the COVID-19 furlough program for over 800 employees, led resolution of a longstanding field taxation issue, and delivered a future dated termination overpayment report that enabled payroll adjustments and saved the company tens of thousands of dollars each year.
