In 2024, OCBC Bank implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as part of a broader adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM to standardize finance and performance management across the group. The initiative was positioned to support evolving financial and tax reporting requirements while advancing operational excellence within OCBC's finance organization.
The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment focused on core financials, consolidation and close orchestration, accounts payable and receivable automation, and integrated planning and reporting through Oracle EPM. Configuration emphasized automated data collection and workflow automation to reduce manual journal processing and accelerate period close cycles, consistent with ERP Financial functional patterns.
Implementation extended across group finance, tax, and accounting functions with a centralized cloud data model to unify ledgers and reporting entities. The architecture relied on Oracle Cloud services to provide a single source of transactional financial data and consolidated performance metrics, and integrations were implemented to ingest transactional feeds from internal transaction processing and treasury systems to support regulatory reporting.
Governance changes included centralized finance process controls, standardized accounting policies, and staged rollout across legal entities to manage change and data validation. Reported outcomes from the initiative included reduced manual workloads through automated data collection and improved compliance with regulatory standards across the OCBC group.

In 2014, OCBC Bank implemented Temenos T24 for Core Banking to centralize transaction processing and core product administration across its banking operations. The deployment of Temenos T24 was positioned to support retail and corporate banking functions and to serve as the bank's primary Core Banking application.
The implementation encompassed standard Core Banking functional modules, including deposit and savings account management, loans and lending engines, payments and transaction processing, general ledger and posting, and customer data management. Configuration work focused on product catalog setup, pricing and interest calculation rules, account lifecycle workflows, and straight through processing logic consistent with Temenos T24 capabilities.
Architecturally the implementation established a centralized core platform model, supporting real time transaction processing and batch reconciliation processes for the bank's operational footprint. The Temenos T24 deployment emphasized integration-ready interfaces and configurable business rules to align core ledger posting with downstream operational systems and reporting, while preserving separation between transactional services and downstream consumption.
Program governance included formal change control, data governance and phased functional cutovers by business line, with operational run books and training to embed new operational workflows.
