Daily balances were distributed by a.m. email to executive stakeholders including CEO Bill Koch, the CFO and the Treasurer, establishing a formalized cash reporting cadence.
Operational ownership and governance rested with the treasury team, which managed the TMS configuration and bank connectivity. Treasury staff authored Oracle accounting manuals and delivered training classes to departmental users to formalize month end and hedge accounting procedures, embedding the Kyriba Treasury operational model into existing accounting workflows.
The overall scope covered international bank account connectivity and treasury accounting for the treasury department, with Kyriba Treasury integrated into cash reporting, FX hedging execution, and month end journalization processes.
