TalentQuest Legacy TQ Connect Employee Engagement HCM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 Oxfam International implemented TQ Connect from TalentQuest as an Employee Engagement application to redesign talent management processes and raise manager engagement across the organization. The deployment centered on reworking performance, goals, and feedback workflows to increase performance review completion rates and to align everyday people practices with organizational values. TQ Connect was configured to support recurring check-ins, structured feedback flows, goal tracking, and manager-led performance review processes, reflecting typical Employee Engagement platform capabilities. Configuration emphasized check-ins and feedback modules to create an ongoing performance dialogue rather than a single annual review, and workflows were instrumented to surface manager action items and employee engagement signals. TalentQuest worked directly with Oxfam to redesign governance and operating processes for talent management, embedding new review cadences and manager accountabilities into HR operations. The implementation targeted HR and people managers organization wide in Kenya, and rollout focused on operationalizing the new workflows and training managers to use TQ Connect for continuous feedback and goal alignment. The stated outcome was a lift in performance review completion rates and higher manager engagement with performance processes.
