Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Oxford Policy Management implemented Infor SunSystems. The deployment positioned Infor SunSystems as the core ERP Financial application supporting corporate accounting for the 400-person professional services firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. Configuration of Infor SunSystems focused on standard financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and statutory reporting, with setup tailored to project-related revenue recognition typical in professional services. The implementation incorporated multicurrency capabilities and a consolidated chart of accounts to support centralized financial control, and it standardized month-end close workflows and routine accounting automations. Infor SunSystems was deployed to operate alongside Professional Services Automation software and SUN systems accounting software within the firms technology footprint, enabling finance teams to align project billing and time-based revenue with corporate ledgers. Operational design separated transactional accounting responsibilities into Infor SunSystems while retaining project planning and resource management in the PSA tools, with data reconciliation processes to ensure ledger accuracy. Governance emphasized centralized finance ownership of configuration, standardized reporting, and month-end controls, with finance and project teams in the United Kingdom responsible for ongoing administration and audit trails. Administration activities centered on configuration management, control of master data such as the chart of accounts, and procedures to align PSA billing outputs with accounting entries in Infor SunSystems.

ClickLearn Legacy ClickLearn Platform Digital Adoption HCM n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Oxford Policy Management implemented the ClickLearn Platform for Digital Adoption. The ClickLearn Platform was used to author and deliver training content and guided documentation to support a Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations rollout, specifically the Project Management and Accounting and HR modules that were implemented across 17 countries. ClickLearn Platform implementation centered on creation of role-based training materials and live demo sessions, with training delivered to roughly 250 employees across multiple countries. The deployment emphasized step by step procedural documentation, scripted walkthroughs for PMA and HR workflows, and replayable learning artifacts that supported tester and end user onboarding in the D365 test environment. Training assets produced in ClickLearn were used in conjunction with formal testing and release activities, including end to end testing scenarios and user acceptance testing managed in Azure DevOps. ClickLearn content supported hyper-care and knowledge transfer activities, enabling test managers and SMEs to demonstrate standardised processes, validate data entry procedures, and accelerate issue resolution during the post go live period. Governance for the Digital Adoption effort was coordinated with the D365 project team, with training rollout aligned to functional testing and UAT waves. ClickLearn Platform served as a centralized authoring and delivery layer for Digital Adoption, linking documented workflows to testing scripts, live demos, and ongoing user support without introducing additional third party implementation partners.
