Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP Financial ERP n/a 2013 2014
In 2013 Ozcare implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as its ERP Financial platform. The initial program was staffed predominantly by internal resources, with Business Systems Analyst, AX Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Systems Lead and later an Enterprise Applications Manager roles documented as owning architecture, configuration and ongoing application support across the organisation. Implementation activities centered on delivering core financial capabilities aligned with ERP Financial practice, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting and system security and integrity controls. Role descriptions and project artifacts emphasize business process analysis, process mapping, development of functional and technical specifications and systems design for Microsoft Dynamics AX, reflecting a specification driven configuration approach. Integration and operational coverage included managing interfaces and products related to Ozcare's ERP estate and providing enterprise level functional support across finance and operations. Governance and rollout coordination involved close collaboration with the Head of Innovation and Technology to evolve the ICT Roadmap and to align Dynamics AX functionality with organisational drivers, while the Enterprise Systems Lead provided ongoing architecture, support and integrity management for the deployed solution.

Ascender Ascender Preceda Ascender PeopleStreme Core HR Core HR HCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Ozcare implemented Ascender PeopleStreme Core HR to centralize HR record management and employee administration across the organisation. The deployment coexists with Ascender Preceda, which continued to handle end to end payroll processing for approximately 4,000 employees on an Australian fortnightly cadence, enabling a clear separation between HR master data and payroll execution. Ascender PeopleStreme Core HR was configured to manage core HR functions including employee personal and employment records, position and role data, onboarding and offboarding workflows, leave and absence tracking, and entitlement maintenance consistent with Core HR capabilities. The implementation supported staff change request workflows and HR self service touchpoints that allowed HR administrators to update records used for payroll and compliance, and it accommodated aged care industry award and EBA interpretation processes at the HR record level. Operational integration was established between Ascender PeopleStreme Core HR and Ascender Preceda payroll to maintain alignment of employee master data and payroll inputs, with HR and payroll teams in Brisbane and other Ozcare sites using both systems in tandem. Payroll officers continued to perform payroll-specific transactions such as superannuation processing, ART portal re‑banking, work cover, terminations, deductions and back pay adjustments in Preceda while relying on PeopleStreme as the authoritative HR record source. Governance and workflow changes centralized employee record stewardship within PeopleStreme, formalized staff change request procedures, and positioned HR as the primary contact for pay and entitlement inquiries that require coordination with payroll. The rollout emphasized operational handoffs between HR and payroll teams, embedding PeopleStreme Core HR into Ozcares HR administration and compliance processes without replacing Precedas payroll execution role.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Ozcare implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The implementation serves a 4,300 employee Australian non profit and is observable on the corporate site through use of Office 365 Mail for web-facing mail flows, confirming Microsoft 365 is delivering core email capability for external communications and contact form routing. Deployment follows a cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 tenant model and leverages standard Collaboration capabilities. Microsoft 365 is used for Exchange Online based mailboxes, SharePoint Online document management, Microsoft Teams real-time collaboration, and OneDrive personal storage as part of typical configuration for organization-wide collaboration, with emphasis on mailbox, document and team communication workflows. Operational coverage spans Ozcare staff and corporate functions across Australia, with Microsoft 365 providing centralized mail, document sharing, and synchronous collaboration for care delivery, corporate services, and administrative teams. The visible Office 365 Mail usage on the website indicates Microsoft 365 is integrated into public-facing communications channels for the organization. Governance is implemented through the Microsoft 365 management plane, enabling role based administrative controls, mailbox lifecycle management, and SharePoint site governance consistent with Collaboration category practices. Microsoft 365 is the primary Collaboration application for Ozcare in 2020.
