In 2006 PARDA Federal Credit Union migrated payroll operations from ADP Pay eXpert to Millennium Payroll. The implementation provisioned Millennium Payroll as the core Payroll application to centralize pay calculation, tax withholding, direct deposit processing and statutory reporting for the organization’s approximately 100 employees in the United States.
The conversion work included data migration of employee master records, historical pay and tax setups from ADP Pay eXpert, configuration of payroll calendars, deduction and benefit codes, and deployment of standard payroll reporting and compliance filing capabilities. Operational ownership was organized across HR and finance, with parallel validation runs and a defined cutover sequence used to reconcile outputs prior to go-live, and with established change control and auditability practices for ongoing payroll configuration.
