| ELMO Software | Legacy | ELMO HR Core | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Parramatta Mission implemented ELMO HR Core as its Core HR application. The People and Culture Business Partner led implementation activities from February 2020 to June 2021 and provided ongoing generalist P&C advisory across Corporate Services and Hospitality, including employee relations, staff complaints handling, coaching, and complex P&C case support.
Implementation scope centered on deploying ELMO HR Core alongside ELMO Learning to operationalize recruitment, onboarding, and e‑learning workflows. Functional configuration emphasized employee master records, position and people management, onboarding checklists, learning assignments, and an employee dashboard for organizational communications and P&C updates, with attention to administrative forms and personnel file controls.
Operational coverage included Corporate Services and Hospitality departments, with the People and Culture function responsible for day to day HRIS administration, recruitment coordination, training administration, and regular reporting on these functions. The People and Culture Business Partner acted as an independent advisor for grievances, disciplinary processes, structural change, and provided direction to managers to ensure consistent, ethical practices.
Governance activities were implemented around personnel file management and internal auditing, continuous form and process improvement, and guidance for the P&C administration function to sustain the ELMO HR Core and ELMO Learning deployments. The deployment emphasized consolidating core HR operations, standardizing workflows for recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining an up to date employee dashboard and P&C communications.
