The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations application was addressed in a MS AX09 to Dynamics 365 migration environment, with requirements translated into process flows and task guide instructions typical for ERP Financial deployments. Integrations were explicitly scoped to Concur expense management, and training artifacts were built to reflect end to end transactional and reporting handoffs between the ERP Financial system and expense workflows. Training and documentation supported finance subject matter experts and operational users, delivered for on site stakeholders in Ventura, California and for distributed teams via web conferencing and video conferencing channels. Governance work centered on defining roles and security based requirements with Finance SMEs, producing needs assessment documentation, training plans, course outlines, awareness video content, PowerPoint decks, FAQs, and classroom ready materials. Instructional design outputs were structured to enable role based workflow adoption and to standardize task level execution for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment.
