Paycom implemented the new application Oracle NetSuite OpenAir in 2018 to replace a legacy system, selecting the Professional Services Automation platform to consolidate project accounting and project delivery workflows. The implementation was positioned to standardize time capture, resource management, billing and project-level financials across the organization.
The deployment was integrated with existing finance and talent systems: Paycom for payroll/time automation and Talent Paycom Time Automation, Concur for expense flows, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central for general ledger data; reporting and analytics were tied into Power BI and Jet Reports. Operational scope centered on finance and talent/timekeeping teams and covered month-end and year-end reconciliations (unearned/unbilled GLs, accounts payable GLs, expenses, intercompany accounts) across all Converge companies, with specific automation workstreams for resource automation and Paycom-related time and talent processes.
