Configuration emphasized functional modules for maintenance scheduling and work order lifecycle, using standard PM terminology for planning, execution, and backlog management.
The program included a PEA-PCI SAP Conversion Implementation and a data and process transition from Ellipse to SAP, which involved master data conversion for technical objects and historical maintenance records. Implementation integrated PM workflows with internal ECC modules for materials management and financial posting within SAP ERP ECC 6.0, and aligned operational maintenance processes used by site teams.
Governance and operational ownership were established through a PM Functional Lead role, supported by SAP Plant Maintenance functional consultants who delivered support, training, and coaching across Australia.
