The implementation centralized HR, payroll and leave tracking across Pemo’s regional workforce in the United Arab Emirates and aimed to consolidate previously dispersed tracking methods. PalmHR Absence Management was deployed using the palm.hr suite with explicit use of the Time/Absence and Payroll modules. The Absence and Leave Management application was configured to centralize entitlements, absence requests and approval workflows while linking time data to payroll processing within the platform. Operational changes included moving off spreadsheets and prior QuickBooks integrations to a single platform, enabling HR and finance functions to operate from a unified employee record. The rollout covered HR administration and pay processing, and enabled Pemo to run payroll in-house through the platform’s Payroll module. Governance and process changes focused on standardized leave workflows and centralized recordkeeping to reduce manual reconciliation between systems. The vendor case study states the company achieved time savings, implemented in-house payroll processing and improved leave management following the palm.hr deployment. | |
