In 2015, Performance Contracting implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment brought Microsoft Dynamics AX into service for project accounting and core financial management to support project-based construction operations and back-office finance teams.
Configuration focused on construction-aligned functional modules including project accounting, time and expense capture, service management, asset maintenance, and billing. Microsoft Dynamics AX was configured to surface role-based forms and process guides, with RapidValue used to generate contextual help and the MyProcess role pages that drive on-form guidance and consistent transaction entry.
The implementation integrates Microsoft Dynamics AX with To-Increase solutions, including the To-Increase Construction Solution, the To-Increase service management tool, To-Increase Business Integration Solutions, and To-Increase BPM Solutions to orchestrate data flows between field mobile apps and ERP processes. Mobile applications capture GPS-aware time and activity records, enable foremen and project managers to create and close work orders, and feed project progress and time data into Microsoft Dynamics AX for downstream billing and reporting.
Governance emphasized role-based process guidance and scalable training, using RapidValue process-aware form guides to reduce onboarding friction and standardize workflows across field crews, service managers, and project teams. Performance Contracting relies on the combined Microsoft Dynamics AX and To-Increase solution set and BPM capabilities to make teams, processes, and systems more strategic and efficient.

| iCIMS | Legacy | iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Performance Contracting implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting, onboarding, and candidate lifecycle management within its Human Resources organization. The deployment targeted HR recruiting and onboarding functions across salaried and hourly, union and nonunion populations at the company.
Configuration work focused on applicant tracking and requisition workflows, candidate screening and communication, and salary onboarding processes. iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System was configured to capture hiring data, streamline requisition approvals, and standardize onboarding tasks, with specific process updates applied by HR staff to create operational efficiencies.
The implementation included a documented integration with Equifax for I-9 and unemployment processes, enabling HR to manage I-9 completion and unemployment interactions through combined workflow handoffs. International employment processes were supported operationally, with HR coordinating with external immigration attorneys to maintain visa documentation alongside recruitment and onboarding records.
Operational ownership rested with HR generalists and HR specialists who maintained policies, updated the ATS configurations, and provided training to field management via in person sessions, onsite support, and webinars. The system supported field data entry practices for I-9s and candidate information for workers in remote job sites, and HR used the platform to investigate and respond to EEOC claims and to support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives such as Women in Construction.
Overall the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System served as the primary Applicant Tracking System for Performance Contracting’s HR recruiting and onboarding workflows, with ongoing governance by HR staff to adjust processes and maintain compliance related to hiring, I-9s, unemployment, and international employment documentation.
