The Solutions Owner took full ownership for designing, developing, deploying and monitoring the program, acting as Project Manager for deployments that included Ariba My Supply Cabinet MSC and EDI for Caterpillar Inc across Europe, Middle East and Africa, managing up to three sites, more than 200 suppliers and eight project team members concurrently.
The SAP Business Suite implementation emphasized integrated financial and supply network functionality, with configuration and testing aligned to ERP Financial processes and supplier connectivity. The program qualified two global release testing cycles with the SAP ERP testing team using advanced troubleshooting and rigorous documentation, and delivered MSC workshops to three sites while capturing as is process data after two months to inform configuration and standard of work definitions.
Integrations implemented included Ariba My Supply Cabinet MSC, EDI links to Caterpillar Inc, electronic invoicing, SP20 and additional system interface tools to increase transactional visibility across the supply network. Operational coverage focused on supplier onboarding and training delivered with third party contractors, regional rollout across EMEA, and data integrity and connectivity projects to synchronize transactional and master data between SAP Business Suite and external supplier systems.
