Franchise owners received limited, record-level access allowing them to control operational workflows without exposing broader corporate data. The architecture also created a foundation for potential future capabilities such as enabling franchise owners to adopt Dynamics 365 for in-house accounting. Explicit outcomes reported included consolidated and streamlined franchise owner accounts, easier data sharing to improve the franchisee experience, dramatically reduced data storage issues, and better protected business data through record-level security. The redesign and cloud migration also reduced expected ERP and infrastructure costs and lowered ongoing maintenance complexity.
