Architecture followed a cloud SaaS tenancy model using Oracle Cloud HCM as the primary application layer, with reporting and custom report artifacts delivered through BI Publisher. The implementation was executed with design and configuration artifacts mapped to Oracle HRMS modules including EBS concepts, preserving functional parity in areas such as payroll elements and workforce management while consolidating HR transactional processing into Oracle Cloud HCM. EVOSYS provided Oracle HCM consulting support beginning June 2016 and the project used Oracle AIM and Oracle OUM cloud delivery methodologies to drive requirements, configuration, testing and cutover. Governance included role based security, standardized HR process definitions, and phased rollout governance to bring HR, payroll and workforce management into a unified Core HR operating model.
