In 2016, PSBank implemented Oracle E-Business Suite R12 as its ERP Financial platform, deploying Purchasing, Receivables, and Cash Management modules. The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment extended to Payables, Assets and General Ledger to unify core financial and procurement accounting functions within the bank.
Implementation work included configuration of Purchasing workflows, receivables posting rules, cash management bank and treasury interfaces, and asset accounting structures, with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 providing ledger and subledger control. The project explicitly covered interface development and data integration between PSBank internal systems and Oracle R12, delivering master data synchronization and transactional exchange for payables, receivables and cash operations.
The engagement ran from July 2016 to February 2017 and recorded a Solutions Architect role responsible for designing integration patterns, data mapping and system to system interfaces. Operational scope encompassed procurement, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and general ledger functions across PSBank Philippines operations with approximately 2030 employees, and governance workstreams established data mapping, reconciliation checkpoints and cutover planning to support ongoing financial operations.

In 2019, PSBank deployed Umbraco CMS on its public website. The Umbraco CMS implementation falls in the Web Content Management category and provides content authoring, template driven page rendering, media library management, and staged publishing to support the bank's digital channels. The deployment centralized website content operations for corporate communications and retail banking product pages under a single CMS instance.
Architecturally the implementation positions Umbraco CMS as the web content layer serving the public site, with content types, templates, editorial workflows, and role based permissions separating content authors and approvers. Integrations are confined to the public website hosting and front end delivery stack, and operational ownership rests with marketing and digital channels teams in the Philippines. Governance focuses on editorial workflow, approval gates, and scheduled publishing consistent with Web Content Management practices.

In 2018 PSBank implemented Base60 AML from Relevantz to strengthen its transaction monitoring and alert management capabilities. Base60 AML, categorized as AML, Fraud and Compliance, was provisioned to support the bank's AML compliance function and ongoing regulatory testing.
Configuration and deployment focused on alert scenario construction, parameter tuning, and rules management, with recurring exercises to test Base60 alert scenarios and propose parameter enhancements. The implementation was configured to support investigation workflows, case intake and escalation, and suspicious activity reporting processes that align with standard AML system capabilities.
Operational ownership sits with the bank's AML Compliance team, led by the Head, Anti Money Laundering Compliance, with coordination across business units for root cause and impact analysis of AML exceptions. The system is used for daily monitoring, alert triage and to generate structured escalations and documentation for regulatory review and internal audit follow up.
Governance changes included an annual review cadence for the MLTFPP, structured scenario testing and a formal escalation and tracking process for BSP examination findings, audit exceptions and other regulatory issues. The Base60 AML implementation supports PSBank's stated objective to address cited AML issues and pursue an improved BSP AML CFT rating and maintained audit standing through systematic testing, tuning and documented control processes.
