In 2017, Phoenix Mecano implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its ERP Financial system. The implementation was initiated after a cyber attack eliminated access to the previous database, creating aggressive deadlines that drove expedited system analysis and deployment. The ERP manager led the ERP department reporting to the CEO and owned the end to end software development life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was configured to deliver core financial management alongside integrated CRM and operational modules. Implemented components included Dynamics BC 365 Sales for customer relationship management, Power BI for enterprise reporting, and Power Automate for workflow automation, with functional coverage for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and sales order processing. Configuration and testing practices emphasized performance testing, data migration planning, and a throttled cutover strategy.
The deployment integrated Business Central with a set of cloud and operational applications documented by the ERP team. Explicit integrations included Stock IQ for supply and demand planning, Dynamic Ship for real time shipment tracking, Shop Floor Insight for manufacturing execution, EDI for electronic interchange of business information, Charge Logic for PCI compliant payment processing, and DocXtender for document capture and storage in SharePoint. SharePoint served as the collaborative document management layer, while Monday.com and Jira were used for project management and issue tracking.
Operational rollout used a mix of agile and waterfall methodologies tailored to module complexity, with phased cutovers and milestone driven project plans. Governance included daily coordination across geographies, SME inputs, open issue and action item tracking, and regular status reporting to C level leadership. The ERP manager coordinated cross functional teams and multiple service providers, retaining ownership of configuration, documentation and operational readiness.
The implementation was recorded as successfully completed and remains in operational use from August 2017 to present. Phoenix Mecano's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation consolidated finance, sales, supply chain planning, manufacturing execution, logistics, payment processing, and document management into a unified ERP Financial platform.

In 2017 Phoenix Mecano implemented StockIQ Supply Chain Planning as a core component of its Supply Chain Management environment. The deployment was led from the companys ERP organization with program oversight beginning August 2017, and the ERP Application Manager reported directly to the CEO during the initiative.
StockIQ Supply Chain Planning was deployed as a cloud based intelligent supply chain and demand planning platform, delivering demand planning and supply orchestration capabilities. The implementation was configured to exchange transactional and master data with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 and Microsoft Dynamics BC 365 Sales, and to surface analytics through Power BI and automation flows through Power Automate. The estate also included complementary point solutions integrated into operational workflows, specifically Dynamic Ship for shipment tracking, Shop Floor Insight for production execution, EDI for electronic business interchange, Charge Logic for payment processing, and DocXtender for document synchronization to SharePoint.
Architecturally the solution was implemented as a cloud SaaS planning layer connected to the companys ERP and operational systems, with data integrations and automation governing forecast and replenishment data flows. Operational coverage spanned the ERP department, manufacturing execution, supply chain and sales functions, and interfaced with cross geography service providers. Project orchestration used Monday.com and Jira for task and milestone tracking and SharePoint for collaborative document management.
Governance and rollout followed structured systems development and cutover practices, with functional and non functional requirements defined from business requirements, performance testing, data migration planning and a throttled cutover approach. Project governance included SME engagement, daily coordination across teams, and status reporting to C level leadership. The StockIQ Supply Chain Planning implementation is listed among successfully implemented applications in the companys application portfolio.
