Agricultural Data Systems Legacy ADS DataTrack Contingent Labor Management HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Pick Pack & Haul implemented ADS DataTrack. The ADS DataTrack application from Agricultural Data Systems served as a Contingent Labor Management solution to capture field time and support payroll and back-office activities for the company. Operational use is documented at the Porterville, CA site where an Office Administrator between November 2017 and April 2018 used ADS DataTrack to scan employee time, record bin counts and log breaks. Functional capabilities in practice included time capture and break tracking, data entry for payroll, bin count inventory logging, workman's comp record support and invoice generation tied to the Labor Contractor Program. Business functions impacted included human resources, payroll and operations with the application feeding agricultural payroll processes and contractor reporting workflows. Governance and operational control rested with the office and HR function performing daily scanning and data entry, which structured time collection and invoicing processes around the ADS DataTrack Contingent Labor Management workflow.
