In 2000, PKO Bank Polski implemented IgniteTech Computron as part of a Computron and AXS-One Books & Records deployment, positioned to support the bank's ERP Financial recordkeeping and reporting requirements. The rollout is recorded as an implementation of AXS-One Books & Records under the Computron/AXS-One family, linking the IgniteTech Computron application to core financial ledger and document management functions in the bank's finance organization.
Deployment architecture for the implementation used UNIX AIX server installations configured across 16 localization server instances, with system configuration focused on Books & Records capabilities. Functional workstreams included system localization to Polish, development of scripts to automate document processing, and construction of large index sets to support a broad catalog of report types, collectively covering roughly 2000 document type indexes referenced during the engagement.
Operational scope emphasized administrative enablement and governance, with training provided to both system administrators and trainers to sustain the ERP Financial application and its Books & Records module. A notable operational outcome explicitly recorded was that the bank stopped printing all financial documents, indicating a shift to electronic document management and indexed reporting driven by the IgniteTech Computron and AXS-One Books & Records installation.

In 2022, PKO Bank Polski implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, a Core HR solution. The project, completed in January 2022, covered more than 23,000 employees and is described as the largest deployment of this solution in Poland.
PKO Bank Polski deployed SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to support the full employee lifecycle, implementing modules for recruitment, onboarding, training, employee evaluation, goal management, remuneration, succession and development. The bank extended the standard training module with an internal application workflow to meet specific organizational requirements. The platform was provisioned as a Software as a Service cloud model, enabling employee self-service access from any device.
The implementation migrated HR processes from the bank's SAP HCM environment into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, aligning core HR life-cycle workflows with a cloud-based HR management platform. This move is consistent with the bank's hybrid multi-cloud architecture roadmap and long term strategy to run most applications in the cloud.
The initiative, named Dzien Dobry HR, was executed in cooperation with Accenture and Gavdi Polska and targeted HR, talent acquisition, learning and compensation management across the organization. Governance emphasized employee digital experience and process standardization to harmonize goal setting and performance accounting across business functions.
Explicit outcomes described by the bank include increased effectiveness of recruitment processes, improved candidate communication, faster onboarding and harmonized goal and results accounting. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is positioned to support ongoing digital HR operations and improved employee experience across PKO Bank Polski.

In 2016, PKO Bank Polski implemented Oracle Flexcube as its Core Banking platform to support remote identity verification workflows tied to Poland’s national From paper to digital Poland project. PKO Bank Polski was the first bank to join the programme and reports that 30,000 users of its online banking services created trusted profiles and accessed public administration offices online.
Oracle Flexcube functioned as the central Core Banking system integrated with the bank’s iPKO and Inteligo online channels to enable customers to create a government trusted profile via their banking ID and password. The implementation connected core account and authentication services to e-government platforms including the social insurance board and local government portals, while maintaining a separation of customer data so that no personal data is exchanged between the authority and the bank.
Operationally the deployment impacted retail online banking, customer authentication and digital onboarding processes, enabling remote identity confirmation without physical visits to public administration units. Governance adjustments focused on authentication workflow changes and privacy controls within online banking channels to support trusted profile creation and secure access to e-government services.
