MineralTree Legacy MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay AP Automation ERP n/a 2015 2016
In October 2015, Positive Coaching Alliance implemented MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay as its AP Automation solution. The deployment targeted a distributed accounts payable environment spanning 14 offices, approximately 200 invoices per month, and an approval chain that involved 25 to 30 people across locations, where invoices were previously routed by mail or email and often printed and filed at headquarters. MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay was configured to centralize invoice capture, enforce automated invoice approval workflows, and enable payment execution from the platform. The implementation delivered searchable payment history and payment reporting for recurring payments, and introduced on-the-go approvals from any device to reduce manual follow up and the need to track down location approvers. Operational scope covered headquarters finance and the regional offices, consolidating invoice-to-pay visibility across all 14 locations. The deployment included single-sign on with NetSuite, creating an integrated identity and access linkage between MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay and the organization ERP to support consolidated payment records and approver mapping by location. Governance shifted approvals away from email and paper filing into defined electronic workflows with audit trails and centralized reporting. Positive Coaching Alliance reported that time spent on processing invoices and executing payments was cut in half, previously two individuals were spending 45 percent of their time on AP, and teams gained improved visibility into invoice status, approval history, and payment details while eliminating paper handling.

Google Legacy Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2011 2011
In 2011 Positive Coaching Alliance implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) to centralize email, calendar, and document collaboration for its approximately 120 employees in the United States. This implementation positions Google Workspace as the primary Collaboration platform supporting staff communications and content management across programs, development, and marketing functions. Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) deployment included Gmail, Google Drive and Docs, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Groups, and the Admin console for account provisioning and security policy enforcement. Configuration emphasis appears to be on shared drives for program content, template based Docs for coach resources, centralized calendars for event scheduling, and organizational unit based access controls to segment staff and volunteer roles. The organization uses Google Workspace on their website for mail handling and content embedding, creating a link between public site workflows and internal collaboration tools. Operational coverage spans core business functions such as coaching program operations, fundraising communications, and back office administration, with Google Workspace accounts provisioned for employees and program staff. Governance is administered via the Google Workspace admin console with role based access controls, group based distribution lists, and policy settings for external sharing and data retention. Ongoing management focuses on centralized account administration, delegated group ownership, and policy alignment to standardize collaboration workflows across departments.
