| MineralTree | Legacy | MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In October 2015, Positive Coaching Alliance implemented MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay as its AP Automation solution. The deployment targeted a distributed accounts payable environment spanning 14 offices, approximately 200 invoices per month, and an approval chain that involved 25 to 30 people across locations, where invoices were previously routed by mail or email and often printed and filed at headquarters.
MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay was configured to centralize invoice capture, enforce automated invoice approval workflows, and enable payment execution from the platform. The implementation delivered searchable payment history and payment reporting for recurring payments, and introduced on-the-go approvals from any device to reduce manual follow up and the need to track down location approvers.
Operational scope covered headquarters finance and the regional offices, consolidating invoice-to-pay visibility across all 14 locations. The deployment included single-sign on with NetSuite, creating an integrated identity and access linkage between MineralTree Invoice-to-Pay and the organization ERP to support consolidated payment records and approver mapping by location.
Governance shifted approvals away from email and paper filing into defined electronic workflows with audit trails and centralized reporting. Positive Coaching Alliance reported that time spent on processing invoices and executing payments was cut in half, previously two individuals were spending 45 percent of their time on AP, and teams gained improved visibility into invoice status, approval history, and payment details while eliminating paper handling.
