Integris worked with Italian Post to roll out these analytics across logistics and payments teams in Italy, embedding process mining outputs into operational review and compliance controls. Governance changes included formalized reporting and monitoring of process conformance, and operational owners in logistics and payments were assigned to act on identified deviations and inefficiencies. Reported outcomes included improved process visibility and support for compliance and efficiency initiatives, aligned to Italian Post business functions in logistics and payments.
