In 2020 Prax implemented SAP Business One as its core ERP Financial platform. The roll out established SAP Business One for group financial processes across the Prax portfolio and set the baseline for subsequent integrations and process standardization.
In 2021 a SAP B1 and Concur project manager was engaged from March 2021 to August 2021 to assist with ongoing SAP B1 changes and to implement Concur Expenses and Concur PO and Purchase Invoices across 21 companies. The engagement focused on configuring Concur Expenses for employee expense management and setting up Concur POs and Purchase Invoices to feed procure to pay workflows into SAP Business One.
Workstream delivery included ongoing support and enhancements to SAP Business One, plus explicit integration work to connect Concur modules with SAP Business One for transactional synchronization across 21 legal entities. The program managed the user acceptance testing process across all companies and delivered end user training to operational teams responsible for expense submission, purchase order creation, and invoice processing.
Program governance emphasized centralized reporting to the Steerco on budget, timeline and RAID log, and included an operational support model for continued SAP B1 maintenance and Concur support. The narrative captures a coordinated ERP Financial deployment that combined ERP configuration, third party expense and PO invoice modules, cross-entity UAT and user enablement, and executive level program reporting.
