Rollout and change governance were executed with deployment support from partner SVP Groupe, incorporating HR and HSE process alignment and staged user onboarding to increase employee autonomy. The program explicitly aimed to raise staff self-service adoption for administrative HR tasks and HSE reporting for the approximately 570 users.
