The Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementation was integrated with a Transportation Management System and a barcoding solution RF Smart to drive warehouse execution and carrier interactions, and it extended to procurement, quality oversight and coordination with 3PL partners. Governance changes included formalized operational workflows, centralized transaction flows through the ERP Financial system and adjustments to staffing and role responsibilities to support financial close and supply chain reconciliation.
