In 2013, Proskauer implemented Emburse Enterprise for Expense Management. Documentation beginning in December 2013 records a Chrome River Expense Report Software implementation and ongoing system administration, indicating that the firm established centralized expense reporting tooling to manage reimbursement workflows across the organization.
The Emburse Enterprise deployment was configured to support core expense reimbursement capabilities, including expense report submission and approval workflows, enforcement of Travel & Expense policy, verification of authorization on disbursements, allocation of expenses to cost centers, reconciliation of submissions, and preparation of manual checks and electronic payment files. System administration responsibilities included maintaining system accuracy, applying updates and changes, and coordinating with the vendor on functional issues.
Operational integration included upload of expense allocations into the firm Financial System and producing payment and reimbursement activity reports to support accounts payable processes. The solution supported end to end expense operations handled by finance and accounts payable teams, covering a firm-wide expense reimbursement population reported at about 1,700 employees, and included handling of vendor invoices and accounts payable adjustments.
Governance processes built around the application formalized review of supporting documentation, enforcement of approval rules, reconciliation procedures, and internal and external payment inquiry handling. Ongoing administration and control were explicitly assigned to an expense reimbursement supervisor role responsible for system updates, policy enforcement, and vendor communication to maintain operational accuracy.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2018 |
In 2014, Proskauer implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as its Core HR system to centralize HR data and reporting for the HR function. The deployment emphasized HRIS reporting and analytics to support global business stakeholders and compensation survey activity, with the HR Data Management Analyst role embedded on the HR team to operate and extend Oracle Cloud HCM reporting capabilities.
Configuration and functional modules focused on HR data management, report designer driven reporting, dashboard development, and SQL based query development and maintenance. The HR Data Management Analyst responsibility to design, develop, implement and document business reports using report designer and SQL queries against Oracle HCM signals a configuration profile that leverages built in Core HR reporting, business intelligence exports, and advanced SQL for headcount, trend analyses, and compensation related reporting.
Integrations were managed through firm level HRIS interfaces, with the HR team working closely with the IT team to validate and maintain connections between Oracle Cloud HCM and other Firm systems. Operational coverage included HR, compensation analytics, and cross functional users who consume HR reports across the firm, and the implementation required routine system health checks and ongoing interface verification to ensure data flows remained reliable.
Governance centered on audit workflows, data accuracy controls, and documented testing and release procedures, with the HRIS Manager and HRIS Coordinator collaborating with the HR Data Management Analyst to update and audit HRIS records. The program included participation in system health check processes and advising on future system implementation initiatives, emphasizing testing, documentation, and process improvement to sustain Core HR data integrity.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Power BI | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2015 | 2018 |
In 2015 Proskauer implemented Microsoft Power BI as its Analytics and BI platform. The work was executed during a BI Architect/Lead assignment from 12/2014 to 05/2015 that aligned Microsoft Power BI with the firm’s Microsoft data platform and reporting objectives.
Implementation centered on a Microsoft stack, specifically Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and 2014, SQL Server Master Data Services for master data governance, SSIS for ETL orchestration, SSAS using a Tabular model for semantic modeling, and SSRS alongside Power BI for distribution of reports and dashboards. VB.NET was used for custom data transforms and integration logic where out-of-the-box connectors required augmentation.
Integrations connected Microsoft Power BI and Office 365 for content distribution and authentication with the underlying SQL Server environment and Master Data Services to ensure consistent dimensions and reference data. The deployment tied SSIS scheduling and SSAS model processing into the operational analytics cadence, creating end-to-end data flows from transactional SQL Server sources to interactive Power BI visualizations.
Governance and workflow emphasis included model versioning and semantic layer control through SSAS Tabular, master data stewardship using SQL Server Master Data Services, and ETL process governance via SSIS job scheduling and change control. The configuration positioned Microsoft Power BI as the primary Analytics and BI surface for Proskauer while leveraging Office 365 for report sharing and collaboration.
