In 2015, Proximo Spirits implemented SoftTime Online to standardize vacation and PTO workflows across its United States operations. SoftTime Online was deployed as a Time and Attendance application to address HR and timekeeping requirements and to replace paper-based vacation tracking and manual approval routing.
The implementation focused on core Time and Attendance capabilities, including centralized vacation and PTO tracking, configurable approval workflows, and manager self-service. Manager self-service was enabled with email-based approval notifications to streamline supervisor sign-off and reduce paper routing.
Deployment began on SoftTime SQL and transitioned to SoftTime Online as the organization moved to an online delivery model, providing a consolidated application footprint for HR and time & attendance processes. The scope covered HR and time & attendance functions across Proximo Spirits US operations, consolidating previously manual processes into the SoftTime platform.
Governance changes emphasized workflow configuration and reporting controls, shifting PTO approvals from paper to system-enforced approval flows. Configurable reporting in SoftTime removed manual Excel processes used for vacation reconciliation and audit trails, centralizing time reporting for HR and payroll downstream.
