In 2015, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk deployed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial backbone to consolidate core finance and operational processes. The program included an SAP upgrade path from SAP 4.7 110 to ECC 6 EHP 7, combined with multiple Oracle database upgrades and an OS and DB migration, using Unicode conversion from Solaris SPARC 10 to Linux SLES 11 as part of the technical modernization effort.
The implementation delivered a broad set of functional modules, notably a full SAP HCM implementation built from scratch including Time Management, Organizational Development, Organization Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Personal Development, Travel Management, and ESS and MSS capabilities. The project also implemented SAP FIORI for PO and PR approvals and absence and time sheet approvals, and SAP Screen Personas 2.0 to tailor user interactions. SAP BW was upgraded from 7.3 to 7.31 alongside Enterprise Portal upgrades to align reporting and portal access with the ECC 6 baseline.
Technical architecture and integrations were extensive, including offline database compression using SAPINST, Oracle database remediation such as fixing logical block corruption on Oracle 12c via data pump, and an end to end data center migration. OpenText was implemented for archiving, and a DRC was established using VEAAM backup. A proof of concept was executed for conversion to S/4HANA using the Database Migration Option DMO, and NZDT cutover methodology was applied together with SAP third party tooling SNP T-BONE to minimize downtime during combined upgrade and OS migration activities.
Governance and operational ownership were led by SAP Basis and Application Technology leads, with SAP Lead Basis and Lead Application Technology Manager roles recorded from January 2015 to December 2018. Governance emphasized cutover orchestration, downtime minimization KPIs, and coordinated rollout across MAP infrastructures and data centers. The deployment impacted Finance, Procurement, and HR business functions and established an operational foundation for subsequent archiving, disaster recovery, and S/4HANA readiness activities.

In 2018, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk implemented SAP HCM Benefits. SAP HCM Benefits was positioned as the primary Benefits Administration application supporting HR, compensation and payroll coordination within the companys HR organization.
The deployment focused on standard benefits administration capabilities, including benefits configuration, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, personnel data management and reporting. SAP HCM Benefits was instrumented alongside macro and script based automation to bridge system and reporting modules and to support simulation and communication for HR program changes.
Integrations explicitly tied the SAP HCM Benefits implementation to the attendance system and to the payroll function to ensure accurate payment processing and synchronized personnel records. HRIS activity and system migration oversight remained with the internal HRIS team, with routine monitoring and correction of attendance related data and periodic validation of personnel data integrity between the attendance system and SAP HCM Benefits.
Governance and process work included embedding organization structure changes into the HR system, establishing chain of command integration in personnel data, and using role based workflows to support compensation benefit and organizational development projects. Operational coverage centered on HR and payroll functions, with HRIS supervisors providing ongoing analysis, simulation and automation planning to sustain the Benefits Administration configuration.

In 2012, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk implemented SAP Retail as the group's core Retail Management platform. The program targeted MAP's specialty and F&B retail footprint, covering over 2200 retail stores across 70 cities and supporting a multi-banner franchise operation and centralized corporate merchandising.
SAP Retail was configured as the central merchandising and inventory engine, supporting enterprise merchandise planning, assortment and pricing workflows, and retail master data management. The implementation was delivered alongside SAP HR, a large scale POS replacement for more than 2000 stores, CRM, enterprise analytics and eCommerce platforms to create consistent item, price and promotion orchestration across channels.
Operational integration connected SAP Retail to point of sale, CRM, eCommerce checkout and enterprise analytics to enable real time stock and sales visibility and to support three large loyalty programs implemented for the group, Starbucks Indonesia and Sephora. The deployment included store level POS rollouts across 2000 plus sites with centralized planning and merchandising processes managed at the group level.
Governance and rollout responsibility rested with the Head of IT, who led roadmap, delivery and end to end IT services, managed the technology budget and partner ecosystem, and operated SLA and KPI frameworks through a technology organization of over 100 staff. The project replaced the core POS engine at scale and is cited as enabling faster time to market for omnichannel initiatives and reductions in operational and IT cost burdens.
