Governance activities involved direct interaction with end users, business process owners and SAP R/3 functional consultants to finalize functional specifications and report formats, alongside creation of test scripts and execution of unit and integration testing. Post implementation support responsibilities were performed from offshore, supporting HR operations, payroll processing, personnel administration and compensation workflows after go live.
